At FreedomVeld we promote “sustainability” and that’s also why we encourage our patrons to experiment the lesser known cuts of meat and explore the world of “nose to tail” cooking. We like our consumers to understand that the way we do things, is everything that industrial farming and food production does not. We strive to re-establish the connection we once had with our food supply and reduce waste created through the industrialization of the meat industry.
